Q: Do I have to activate my cabinet order?

A: Activation is strongly recommended to ensure order accuracy and to minimize the risk of errors in the manufacturing and delivery of your purchase. Simply call our Customer Care team at 1.800.677.8182 or visit My Order to complete the activation process.

Q: Once I place my order, when can I expect to receive my cabinets?

A: Though our lead times may vary depending on demand, our standard lead times are 3-4 weeks from the confirmation of your order. Visit My Order for up the minute information on your purchase.

Q: What is the process for delivering my cabinets?

A: Our system will process a date that your cabinets will leave our factory. The cabinets are shipped to a local delivery agent in your area. The agent will call you three to five business days before your ship date to set up a delivery appointment with you. The actual delivery date is based upon when the delivery agent makes deliveries to your area and upon your availability to accept the order. You can always get up to the minute information regarding the status of your order through My Order.

Q: Are there any recommendations for storing cabinets in the home prior to installation?

A: Yes – Please take the proper precautions when storing your cabinets:

  • Location should be dry and temperature controlled
  • Store in a low traffic area to avoid damage
  • Location should be large enough to minimize stacking and movement of cabinets
