Get ready for a smooth delivery and successful installation with simple tips to help you prepare for your order and install your cabinets with confidence.

Preparing for Cabinet Delivery

Tips for a Smooth Process

Organize & Plan Your Temporary Storage Spaces

  • Find an area that’s about 2-times the size of your room layout to store your cabinet boxes.
  • Don’t forget to keep a clear path from the entrance to the cabinet storage area.

Confirm Schedules & Verify Order Upon Delivery

  • Check that your delivery and installation schedules align. Use the Track My Order tool.
  • Clear your schedule for the entire delivery window.
  • Use the packing list to check your items as they arrive and ensure that you received everything in your order.
  • Inspect the cabinets for any signs of significant damage as the boxes are unloaded.

Inspect Cabinets & Report Any Damages

  • Open and inspect all cabinets and parts.
  • If you see anything that looks damaged or incorrect, contact your designer immediately. They can help you arrange replacements as soon as possible.
  • 60 days to report order shortages.
  • 90 days to report damages.

Your cabinet’s “beautiful furniture finish” is designed to protect the surface against normal home use. With proper care, your cabinetry will provide years of use and beauty in your home.
